ISONE Announces Nationwide Access

Users will see no increase in prices for service!

Internet Services of New England (ISONE) announces today that it has begun Nationwide Dialup access with it's dialup service. The dialup network is growing quickly. Users can user THEIR SAME ISONE ACCOUNT and access the Internet, using local phone calls from California, Florida, Arizone, etc. Most anywhere in the country with no added charges!!!!

"It is a great service, and we are glad to offer it", say Phil Hunt, President of ISONE. "It compliments our IPass global service, which allows worldwide access too".

Users will be required to modify their dialin username from 'username' to 'username@isone.com' to use the new numbers. Other than that, the service change is invisible to the end user. A list of Massachusetts and New Hampshire numbers can be found here and all access numbers, updated daily can be located by state or Area Code/Exchange here.

A document on the change required to use the new services has been sent to all subscribers on 2/26/1999. If you have not received one shortly, please call and page us at: 603-561-6897 so we may get it out to you immediately or go to the directions and print them.

Please note that the old 423-8600 dialup number will be DISCONNECTED very shortly as we switch to these new numbers. These new numbers are available IMMEDIATELY!!

Note: The old number 424-6675 will NEVER BE DISCONNECTED. If you are using that number for dialin, you need do NOTHING.
