ISONE or Internet network.  User agrees to abide by all rules as to access to ISONE's 
computers.  User also agrees to abide by all rules relating to access to other
computer networks through ISONE computer's.  ISONE does NOT censor any data found 
on the internet and it is the responsibility of the user to limit usage.  User is 
held  responsible for any and all use of their account and password.  User or ISONE 
may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice.  Certain commercial account tiers 
will require a cancellation fee if terminated early.  Late fees may be charged if 
account becomes 60 days overdue.  An account MAY BE suspended for nonpayment. Account
charges remain in EFFECT until a user explicitly cancels said account(s).
